  Went for lunch with my brother. The meals were quite good and fast but the service team is lacking basic hospitality training and awareness. The girl removed the wine glasses by sticking her fingers in the glass and picked them up. Was asked if we wanted to order our food and had not even looked at the menu. 30 seconds later a guy came and asked the same question. Half way through the meal the same guy asked if we had finished(only half way through and still had food in our mouths). Still eating he comes back again, asked again if we had finished(NO). My brother finished, i was still eating and he came and cleared my brothers plate and asked me if i was finished. Seriously you nerd to train your staff how to work in a restaurant. Don't clear until everyone has finished! A shame as food was good but service had no idea.
